The K-5 ELA Leadership Professional Development Series is designed to support educators in strengthening Tier 1 instruction and creating engaging, responsive, and effective literacy learning environments for all students. Throughout the series, participants will explore research-informed instructional practices that can be implemented within the core classroom to support student growth and achievement. Sessions will focus on key components of effective Tier 1 instruction, including student engagement, differentiated instruction, vocabulary development, comprehension, and other high-impact literacy practices. Participants will have opportunities to examine instructional practices, collaborate with colleagues, and consider how these practices can be applied within their own school settings.
