For those who have already participated in Foundations for Student-Centered Coaching, this follow-up workshop with Leanna Harris will offer two days to dig deeper into the work. Topics include how to build a school culture where coaching can thrive, what effective coaching cycles look like and how to measure their impact, and strategies for reflective dialogue.
