This two-day institute brings school and district teams together to strengthen Professional Learning Communities by focusing on collaborative practices that improve student outcomes and overall school culture. The institute is designed for leadership teams and educators who are working to build stronger systems for collaboration, collective responsibility, and results-oriented team processes. Participants will explore practical strategies for implementing the PLC framework, including foundations of PLCs, the three big ideas, using collaborative teams to unpack standards, strengthen school culture, and improve literacy and math outcomes through collective action. Participants will receive the newest version of the Learning by Doing: A Handbook for Professional Learning Communities at Work, 4th Edition as well as access to the AI Book Assistant, to help you understand and apply the PLC at Work process.
