This customer service training will provide great reminders for school staff on delivering a positive experience to all customers inside and outside their school district. They will learn key concepts and strategies from organizations that are masters of customer service. This interactive 3 hour session is designed for participants to readily apply key concepts and strategies in their own setting. Time is set aside for discussion, reflection and action planning. This training is facilitated by Deputy Superintendent, Tricia Hill; Assistant Superintendent for Education and Learning, Dr. Mary Behm; Executive Director for CTE, Diana Allard.
