Middle School and High School Math and Science Teachers are invited to come together at Ligon Outdoor Center to learn about the process of collecting and processing maple sap to syrup. Teachers will be provided with time to work cross-curricular through the lens of the Standards for Mathematical Practices and the Science and Engineering Practices to build connections to their classroom instruction.
