Designed for instructional coaches and school leaders, as well as those who want to calibrate their observation and feedback skills. This training will allow participants to determine rater-reliability between them and their colleagues. Participants will also develop a deeper understanding of bias and the Framework's components and rubrics, practice aligning evidence to the rubrics, and develop plans for observation and coaching cycles.
