With Michigan having adopted the Next Generation Science Standards, having a clear understanding of how to decode and apply the three dimensions of NGSS is essential. In this workshop, participants will learn how to set the stage for students to apply the science and engineering practices, guide students in using the crosscutting concepts, and will be able to structure their lessons through the disciplinary core ideas.
