ALICE is an instructor led class which provides preparation and a plan for individuals and organizations on how to more proactively handle the threat of an aggressive intruder. It is intended to enhance our traditional lockdown protocol by providing options. It also educates staff on being more aware of choices based on the situation at hand. Staff will learn that not every situation is the same and responses may need to adjust depending on the variables.
